3. Service Area

Our services are available to residential customers in the Greater Phoenix Valley, including but not limited to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, Goodyear, Peoria, Glendale, Buckeye, and Sun City, Arizona. Service availability outside these areas is at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional travel charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

All electrical work performed by Mister Wright Electric LLC is provided on a flat-rate pricing basis. This means:

• You will receive a clear, written quote before any work begins.
• The quoted price is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
• Pricing is based on the scope of work, not the time it takes to complete it.
• Any additional work discovered during the job will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to arrive during the agreed-upon time window, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause scheduling adjustments. In such cases, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible of any changes
• Offer the next available appointment at your convenience
• Never charge for missed or rescheduled appointments on our end

6. Licensing & Insurance

Mister Wright Electric LLC is a fully licensed and insured electrical contractor in the State of Arizona, holding Registrar of Contractors License ROC #361047. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of a licensed master electrician and is compliant with all applicable local, state, and national electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC) as adopted by the State of Arizona.

7. Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship guarantee covers:

• All labor performed by our electricians for a period as discussed at the time of service
• Materials are warranted according to their respective manufacturer warranties
• Any defects in workmanship discovered during the warranty period will be corrected at no additional cost to you

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Mister Wright Electric LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, utility outages, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
